Infinite Woohyun has expressed that he wanted to do a collaboration with singer PSY.
Woohyun attended ‘Gayo Daejun-The Color of K-POP’ briefing session held at Seoul Yangchungu Mokdong SBS company building on the 23rd and revealed his thoughts on joining the collaboration.
Woohyun explained, “I really wanted to take part after I heard that the revenue of the collaboration’s song will be used to help the underprivileged neighbors. That’s why I think I’ll work harder. I also wanted to show that artists put in effort, that spills sweat and blood, to go up on stage once.”
He revealed the reason why he chose 2AM Jokwon as the member that he wants to work on this collaboration with was because not only his music but also because he wanted to work together with his filled variety skills. Although they’re not working together on this one, he said “Henceforth if there is a chance I also want to participate in a collaboration with singer PSY.”
The singers that are participating in this collaboration are Infinite’s Woohyun and Hoya, 2AM’s Jo Kwon and Jung Jinwoon, and MBLAQ’s GO and Lee Joon. Teen Top’s Niel and L.joe, Beast’s Lee Kikwang and Yang Yoseop are also participating.
They will each be in teams ‘Dynamic Black,’ ‘Dynamic Blue,’ ‘Dazzling Red,’ and ‘Mystic White’ and will work with producers Shinsadong Tiger, Sweet Tune, Brave Brothers, and Kim Dohoon. The teams will be confirmed through viewer’s voting on Nov. 4th on SBS ‘Inkigayo’ and the performances will be revealed on Dec. 29th through ‘Gayo Daejun.’
